Bio: Sir Eldon is the former Chairman of the World Affairs Council of America and head of the Orange County council. He was a veteran foreign correspondent and editor for TIME, LIFE, and NEWSWEEK. He served as an MP in the House of Commons and was Minister of Sport and Under Secretary of State for the Environment. He chaired the Polish, German, and Iranian sub-committees of the Commons Foreign Affairs Committee. He served for 17 years as advisor to the British police. Knighted in 1988. A Cambridge and Yale graduate.

Bio: Amb. Johnson is adjunct Professor at the Mansfield Center of the University of Montana in Missoula. He was a career foreign service officer, serving as Ambassador to Senegal, as Deputy Inspector General of the State Department, Deputy Chief of Mission in Kuwait in 1991, and as Deputy Chief of Mission in Cairo, Egypt. He also served in Kenya, Burkina Faso, and the Office of Iranian Affairs.

Bio: Dr. Leach has been WACA President for ten years. He was also Peace Corps Regional Director for Eastern Europe, the Soviet Republics, the Middle East, Asia, and the Pacific. While a diplomat in State, he served as Executive Secretary of the Senior Interagency Committee on Technology Transfer. He taught in the Department of Government at Harvard from 1958-1961. He is on the editorial board of Foreign Policy Magazine. He holds a PhD Harvard.
