Glenn Creamer

Chairman

Glenn M. Creamer is a Senior Managing Director Emeritus and Senior Advisor of Providence Equity Partners. As a co-founder and a Senior Managing Director of Providence Equity until 2019, Glenn helped build a global private equity firm with offices, investments, and investors around the world. In Glenn’s 31-year career in private equity, he has served on the boards of many publicly- and privately-held companies, both in the U.S. and internationally. Prior to his private equity career, Glenn worked in investment banking at Merrill Lynch and J.P. Morgan.

Glenn is Chairman of the Catholic Relief Services Foundation, which supports CRS’ activities in 114 countries around the world. He has travelled extensively to developing countries in Africa, Central America, Asia, the Middle East, and the Caribbean during his 15 years of involvement with CRS. Glenn is also a Director of the American Friends of Jamaica, Mustard Seed Communities, and the American Investment Council.

Glenn is President of the Thomas Becket Foundation at Brown University, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Economics in 1984. He is a member of the Board of Dean’s Advisors at the Harvard Business School, where he received a Master of Business Administration in 1988.

Glenn has been married for 30 years and has four adult children.
