2018 Spring Leadership and Board Meetings

This year's Spring Leadership and Board Meetings were held in partnership with the World Affairs Council of San AntonioMay 17-19, 2018See the Agenda.

The meetings opened on Thursday, May 17 with an installment of WAC San Antonio's Distinguished Speaker Series, "San Antonio’s First 300 Years: From Spanish Colony to Modern City," with local historian Dr. Gilberto Hinojosa. He gave an overview of San Antonio’s last 300 years, from its foundation as a Spanish outpost to its rise in the twentieth century. 

Following the close of the Leaderhip Meeting on Friday, May 18 WACA hosted a special coctail hour and dinner at Club Giraud for attendees, featuring Reva Goujon, Vice President of Global Anaysis at Stratfor, as the keynote speaker.
